Job summary

AAFM India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Project Manager for interior fit-out and related projects across corporate offices, bank branches, and commercial facilities.

You will independently manage end-to-end delivery, including site surveys, drawing coordination, BOQ preparation, procurement, execution, quality control and handover. We welcome Civil Engineers, Architects and Interior Designers with strong site execution and vendor management experience.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.Arch or Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture.
• 5–10 years of project execution/interior fit-out experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil, interior finishing and MEP works.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/interior/MEP drawings.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, budgeting and cost control.
• Vendor management, negotiation and client coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of interior fit-out, renovation, civil, MEP and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, false ceiling, painting, partitions and finishing works.
• Conduct site surveys, review drawings and coordinate architectural, interior and MEP requirements.
• Prepare/review BOQs, cost estimates, material specifications and project schedules.
• Manage vendors, contractors, procurement, manpower and site resources.
• Monitor project costs, timelines, quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, designers and internal teams.
• Prepare project progress reports, measurement sheets and billing documentation.
• Support the business development team with technical site surveys and project estimation.
• Ensure timely completion, client satisfaction and smooth project handover.

AAFM India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Project Manager Interior Fit-Outs & Projects to independently manage interior fit-outs, renovation, MEP and infrastructure projects across corporate offices, bank branches, commercial buildings and industrial facilities.

We welcome applications from Civil Engineers, Architects and Interior Designers who have strong site execution, project coordination and vendor management experience.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including site surveys, drawing coordination, BOQ preparation, estimation, procurement, execution, quality control, cost management and final handover.

Projects typically range from 5 lakh to 50 lakh.

Key Responsibilities

Eligibility & Required Skills

• Qualification: B.Tech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Arch, or Degree/Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project execution, interior fit-outs, renovation or commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of civil, interior finishing and MEP works.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior and MEP drawings.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, budgeting and cost control.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation and client coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and travel to project sites as required.
