Job summary

Tata Strive in India seeks a professional to manage governance and execution of project initiatives within the Dual VET framework. The role requires coordinating with regional and internal stakeholders, building rapport with directors, and ensuring deliverables align with branding and quality standards.

You will mentor ITI instructors and principals, identify MSMEs for exposure, plan risks, and prepare comprehensive reports and newsletters to keep partners informed.

Qualifications

Job description

Management & governance of operations: Managing the execution of the project,

coordinating the governance with different stakeholders within Dual VET and Tata STRIVE

teams.

• Create and adhere to the project timeline for completion of the agreed project

deliverables

• Build rapport with regional directorate and gain their confidence in the work being done.
• Mentor and deliver the ITI Instructors/principals and ensure the completion of the

course.

• Identify MSMEs / Industries for providing Exposures, sponsorships and topics for

hackathons/project competition

• Identify potential risks in execution of the project and create a mitigation plan.
• Create communications like newsletters, Human Interest Stories and the like in different

formats as per branding guidelines for internal and external circulation

• Schedule and Conduct project reviews with internal and external stakeholders as per the

defined frequency

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all processes along with relevant data and

evidence.

• Documentation: Document all the updates, processes, achievement, milestones, risks,

incidence for reviews, updates to partner and creation of various reports at different
