Job summary

Rahee Infratech Limited is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project planning and execution across multiple sites in India. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement and site teams, review plans, drawings and specifications to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes resource management, budget control, safety compliance, risk mitigation and proactive reporting to senior management. Prior experience in construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor daily progress and proactively resolve issues.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and site teams; review plans.
• Allocate manpower, equipment and materials effectively.
• Ensure optimal resource utilization to avoid cost overruns.
• Identify shortages and arrange additional resources when needed.
• Implement quality controls to meet industry standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits and reviews.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulators for approvals.
• Oversee project budgets to control costs and overruns.
• Align financial planning with organizational objectives.
• Control unnecessary expenditures and minimize waste.
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the life cycle.
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance requirements.
• Proactively identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
• Communicate status, issues and risks to all stakeholders.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with clients, contractors, vendors and government agencies.
• Safety: support safety programs and inspections on projects.
• Lead and develop project teams; conduct training sessions.

Project Planning & Execution :

• Oversee end to end project execution, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables

Risk & Assessment & Mitigation :

• Identify and minimize project risks throughout its life cycle.
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance requirements.
• Precatively identify, assess and mitigate project risks.

Stakeholder Coordination :

• Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with clients, contractors, vendors, and government agencies for smooth project execution

Safety & Environmental Compliance :

• Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental and quality regulations.
• Ensure Compliance with environmental policies and sustainability measures.
• Support safety teams to implement the safety standards at projects.
• Active participation in project safety inspection, safety walks, monthly safety committee meetings, safety programme and mock drills etc.
• Ensure safe completion of project.
• Fund allocation for promotional activities, National Level Celebration, and other safety expenses.
• Responsible for project safety compliances (External/Internal).

Reporting & Documentation :

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
• Maintain project records, progress reports, and ensure timely communication with senior management.
• Track project progress and submit regular updates to senior management.

Vendor & Contract Management :

• Manage Contracts and agreements with vendor and sub-contractors
• Ensure Timely materials procurement and vendor payments
• Address Contractual disputes and resolve supplier issues.

Team Leadership & Development :

• Supervise and mentor project teams to improve productivity
• Conduct Training sessions for skill enhancement
• Evaluate team performance and provide necessary support
