Job summary

Betamonks is seeking a Project Manager to join the team in Chennai to ensure project delivery is on time, within budget and to the required quality. The role involves gathering software specifications from clients, coordinating with developers, testers and clients, and managing plans and schedules.

You will lead planning, risk assessment and stakeholder communications, while ensuring adherence to frameworks and thorough documentation. This position is based in Chennai with standard hours.

Responsibilities

• To be a part of Project Management team and ensure on time, within Budget and Quality project delivery.
• Software Specification Requirement Gathering from client.
• Coordinating with Developers, Testers and Client to ensure Deliverable.
• Preparing and monitoring project plans and project schedules.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Determining project changes and Developing project strategies.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
• Organizing and attending the meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Liaise between the client and Internal & external teams.
• Lead the planning and implementation of the project.
• Define project plan and resource requirements.
• Design and document detailed plans for solution delivery.
• Manage customers' expectations.
• Project evaluations and assessment of results.

• Project Timelines provided by sub ordinates has to be approved after review.

Work location - Chennai

Working Hours: 9:30AM to 7:00 PM
