Job summary

Lauren is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai, with 4+ years of experience in project coordination. The role requires coordinating internal resources and vendors, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/Cloud) and any PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai (Aroli), with opportunities to drive end-to-end project success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working as IT Project Coordinator
• Experience coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Experience delivering projects on-time, within scope and budget
• Experience developing project scopes and objectives with stakeholders
• Knowledge of AWS/Cloud is a plus
• PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus

• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders and ensure feasibility
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress
