Job summary

Elevatozagritech is seeking a Project Coordinator to deploy technology solutions and maintain client programs. You will support the project manager during client program launches and oversee daily program maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of project implementation and support experience, strong tech platform knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include coordinating client installations and ongoing support.

Responsible for deploying technology solutions and maintenance of client programs. The Project Coordinator is expected to support the project manager during client program launnches and maintenance of programs on daily basis.

Job Description

• Support the project manager during project implementations
• To coordinate between client and internal tech teams during new client install and integration
• Liaison between different internal teams for project delivery, ongoing support and maintenance
• Perform the role of a platform administrator, configuring programs, promotions and ongoing management of client programs
• To help in creating process documents and requirement templates

Requirements

• Experience working on technology platforms
• Experience working and creating MIS reports
• The successful candidate should have 3 plus years’ experience in project implementation & support
• Should have experience working with different teams during project maintenance & support
• Ability to manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities
• Negotiation skills and an ability to handle chaos

Qualifications

• A degree is required, preferably in IT
