The role involves configuring programs, producing MIS reports, and assisting the project manager during client launches and day-to-day operations. Strong communication, planning, and multitasking are essential to manage workloads and deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working on technology platforms

• The successful candidate should have 3 plus years’ experience in project implementation & support
• Should have experience working with different teams during project maintenance & support
• Ability to manage a demanding workload, balance multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities
• Negotiation skills and an ability to handle chaos

Qualifications

• A degree is required, preferably in IT
