Job summary

PAL Infocom Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Mohali is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our IT team.

You will coordinate and monitor multiple IT projects, maintain timelines, and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with developers, designers, QA, and clients. Responsibilities include preparing status reports, managing MOMs, and identifying risks while supporting project managers to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT project coordination/management.
• Good understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
• Familiar with Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp or similar tools.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
