Syndrome NewEdge in Andheri East, Mumbai (WFO) seeks an IT Project Coordinator (PMP Certified) with 5+ years of experience, including 4+ years in project coordination. Excellent English communication and presentable demeanor are essential for this customer-facing role.

You will maintain project CRM records, coordinate with customers, procurement, and logistics for materials, arrange engineers, and prepare project reviews, reports, and PPTs. On-site position in Mumbai with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is mandatory.
• 5+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years in project coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records and updates of project details in the Project CRM including status and documentation.
• Coordinate with customer for project activities and documentation such as installation reports.
• Coordinate internally with purchase and logistics for material updates and movement.
• Arrange engineers from the company's team or assign from vendor teams.
• Coordinate with vendors for engineer hiring reports and invoices.
• Work with customer and HR to compile compliance documentation for projects.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for customer project reviews.
• Participate in monthly project reviews with the selected customer.

Responsibilities:

• 5 - 12 years experience out of which min 4+ years in Project Coordination.
• Should have worked with IT System Integrator like us as a backend coordinator.
• Good in written and verbal English communication.
• Smart, Presentable as its a customer facing role.

Job Role :

• Maintain the records and updates of Project related details in Project CRM that includes Project Status and documentation updates.
• Coordinate with customer for the Project coordination related activities and documentation e.g. installation report etc.
• Coordinate internally with purchase, logistics for the project material updates and movement.
• Engineer arrangements from companys engineering team or assign engineer from Vendor team.
• Vendor coordination for engineer hiring reports, invoices etc.
• Coordinate with customer and HR team for compliance documentation required for Projects.
• Prepare PPT for customer Project review.
• Participate in Monthly Project review with selected customer.
