Responsibilities

• Prepare project sales orders, delivery documents, A/R invoices, and credit notes in SAP Business One as required by the approved process.
• Check customer PO terms, billing milestones, rates, quantities, taxes, retention, advances, and supporting documents before billing.
• Maintain the correct job number, project, branch, customer, and item details on each transaction.
• Track billed, unbilled, and pending billing values job wise and customer wise.
• Reconcile invoices with sales orders, project records, customer statements, and the general ledger. Investigate and resolve differences.
• Maintain an audit trail of customer POs, amendments, approvals, invoices, and supporting documents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare project sales orders, delivery documents, A/R invoices, and credit notes in SAP Business One as required by the approved process.

KEY SKILLS &COMPETENCIE S

• Understanding of GST invoicing, customer PO terms, milestone billing, and credit notes.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to document and value reconciliation.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and meet billing deadlines.
