Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and execute Aerospace and Defence programs from RFQ stage through product delivery. The candidate will be responsible for managing program scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations while coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure successful New Product Development (NPD) and program execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and program stakeholders.
• Lead programs from RFQ stage to final product delivery.
• Develop and execute program plans to achieve scope, schedule, cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams.
• Drive New Product Development activities as per customer requirements and timelines.
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor program performance and ensure timely milestone achievement.
• Communicate program status, risks, and progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage customer expectations and enhance customer satisfaction levels.
