Job summary

Cyient is seeking a Lead Executive Program Management in Peenya, Bengaluru, to oversee end-to-end aerospace programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage customer interactions, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, and extensive experience in program/project management, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing. Strong communication and ERP/MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in Program/Project Management, preferably in Aerospace or Manufacturing.
• Exposure to program lifecycle management, order management, and customer handling.
• An understanding of the aerospace/defense or EMS industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and closure of aerospace programs and new projects.
• Monitor program timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-scope execution.
• Track program performance, risks, and dependencies, and escalates issues as required.
• Coordinate new project initiation activities, including planning, resource alignment, and execution.
• Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure a smooth project ramp-up and delivery.
• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track order status, resolve bottlenecks, and meet delivery commitments.
• Act as a key interface for customers, ensuring effective communication and high satisfaction levels.
• Support business development initiatives through customer engagement and relationship management.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and support proposal and quotation activities.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, SCM, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure alignment across functions to meet program objectives related to cost, quality, and delivery.
• Prepare and deliver program status reports, presentations, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular review meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain clear and effective communication across all levels.

Job Overview

The Executive Program Management is responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution of aerospace programs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, timelines, and business objectives. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer interactions, and driving on-time delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

1. Program & Project Management
