Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution for NPD initiatives from concept to launch
• Collaborate with engineering, design, manufacturing, supply chain & sales teams to ensure timely delivery
• Develop and manage program timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Drive risk assessment and mitigation strategies across all phases of the program
• Interface with OEM clients to align expectations, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor KPIs and program health metrics; report progress to senior leadership
• Champion continuous improvement and lean methodologies across program workflows
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBA (Operations/Strategy preferred)
• 7–15 years of experience in program or project management within the OEM or automotive industry
• Proven track record in managing complex NPD programs
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, APQP, PPAP, and DFMEA
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
