HR Strategist | Talent Acquisition Partner | Connecting Top Talent with Opportunities
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program execution for NPD initiatives from concept to launch
- Collaborate with engineering, design, manufacturing, supply chain & sales teams to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and manage program timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Drive risk assessment and mitigation strategies across all phases of the program
- Interface with OEM clients to align expectations, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs and program health metrics; report progress to senior leadership
- Champion continuous improvement and lean methodologies across program workflows
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and MBA (Operations/Strategy preferred)
- 7–15 years of experience in program or project management within the OEM or automotive industry
- Proven track record in managing complex NPD programs
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, APQP, PPAP, and DFMEA
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
