Job summary

Adani Group is seeking an experienced Program Lead to steer and deliver Defence & Aerospace programs from initiation through delivery. You will plan, execute, coordinate, monitor, and control multiple projects while ensuring customer requirements, quality, budget, and timelines are met.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination to drive successful program execution across engineering, production, procurement, quality, and supply chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace or Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for Defence & Aerospace projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, quality, supply chain, and customer teams.
• Monitor scope, cost, schedule, risks, and performance using project management tools.
• Drive project governance through regular reviews, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage project documentation, change requests, and configuration control.
• Ensure timely procurement and sourcing activities to support program requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Track project KPIs and ensure adherence to contractual commitments and objectives.
• Support bid management, project estimation, and proposal planning for new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Defence quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Lead customer meetings, progress reviews, and technical discussions.
• Mentor project teams and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Education
