Responsibilities

• Lead programs from initiation through execution, product launch and ramp-up.
• Develop and track project plans, milestones, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations.
• Drive NPI, product launches and ramp-up activities.
• Monitor performance against cost, quality, delivery and schedule.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks and dependencies; drive corrective actions.
• Conduct regular program reviews and report status to stakeholders.
• Manage customer requirements and align expectations with execution.
• Coordinate ECO/ECN processes.
• Support material readiness, production readiness and capacity planning.
• Prepare program dashboards, MIS reports and management presentations.
• Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive end-to-end program execution in a fast-paced global manufacturing and technology environment.

The role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving NPI and product launch activities, coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring programs are delivered within defined timelines, quality and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead programs from initiation through execution, product launch and production ramp-up.
• Develop and track project plans, milestones, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations teams.
• Drive NPI / New Product Introduction, product launch and production ramp-up activities.
• Monitor program performance against cost, quality, delivery and schedule objectives.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks and dependencies and drive timely corrective actions.
• Conduct regular program reviews and communicate program status to stakeholders.
• Manage customer requirements and ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal execution.
• Coordinate Engineering Change Orders / Engineering Change Notices (ECO/ECN).
• Support material readiness, production readiness and capacity planning.
• Prepare program dashboards, MIS reports and management presentations.
• Drive issue resolution, escalation management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Experience in Program Management / Project Management within manufacturing or engineering environments.
