Job summary

Coreel Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive – Program Management with Defence and Aerospace exposure to lead end-to-end program execution from order receipt to delivery. The role requires close coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure milestones are met and business commitments are fulfilled.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering or related discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience in program management or project coordination in defence/aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close Defence/Aerospace programs.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, production, quality, stores and logistics to track progress.
• Prepare schedules, action trackers, delivery plans, dashboards and program status reports.
• Follow up on material availability, manufacturing progress, inspection readiness, approvals, and dispatch milestones.
• Communicate updates, risks and escalations between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality and delivery commitments; identify risks and mitigation.
• Ensure proper documentation for orders, changes, deliveries, inspections and closure reports.
• Support customer reviews, internal program reviews, production meetings and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, security and processes.

We are looking for an experienced professional in Program / Project Management with exposure to the Defence and Aerospace sectors. The candidate should have experience in managing customer programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking schedules and deliverables, supporting documentation, and ensuring timely execution of projects in line with customer, quality, cost, and compliance requirements.

Role Summary

The Executive / Senior Executive – Program Management will be responsible for supporting end-to-end program execution from order receipt to delivery. The role requires close coordination with customers, engineering, procurement, production, quality, stores, logistics, and finance teams to ensure that program milestones are achieved as per agreed timelines and business commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Project / Program Planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of Defence and Aerospace programs.

Coordinate with internal departments such as design, engineering, procurement, production, quality, stores, and logistics to track program progress.

Prepare and maintain project schedules, action trackers, delivery plans, dashboards, and program status reports.

Follow up on material availability, manufacturing progress, inspection readiness, customer approvals, and dispatch milestones.

Act as a communication bridge between customers and internal stakeholders for program updates, open points, risks, and escalations.

Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, and delivery commitments for assigned programs.

Identify potential risks, delays, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and support mitigation planning with the concerned teams.

Ensure proper documentation for customer communication, purchase orders, change requests, delivery commitments, inspection records, and closure reports.

Support customer reviews, internal program reviews, production meetings, and management reporting.

Ensure compliance with applicable customer requirements, quality standards, security expectations, and organisational processes.

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong program coordination and project tracking skills.

Good understanding of manufacturing, fabrication, machining, assembly, inspection, and supply chain processes or complete PDLC of defence / aerospace product.

Strong communication, follow-up, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project tracking tools.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities under project timelines.

Basic understanding of quality systems, aerospace / defence documentation, and customer inspection process.

Analytical mindset with ability to identify risks, delays, and corrective actions.

Required Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / or equivalent in related discipline.

4-6 years of experience in program management, project coordination in Defence, Aerospace or similar industries.

Exposure to project management tools like MPP, OpenProj or similar tools will be an added advantage.

Knowledge about AS9100D, ESS, EMI/EMC,JS5555 and other quality standards related to defence qualification standards.

Experienced dealing with or qualifications agencies like DGQA, DGAQA, CEMILAC etc.

Experience of working with DRDO, BEL, ISRO, HAL or any other defence Lab.
