Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA from Tier 1/tier 2 B-Schools preferred.
• Experience in operations / program management / continuous improvement.
• Retail/ecommerce industry experience beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• 6+ years of overall work experience.

Responsibilities

  Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA from Tier 1/tier 2 B-Schools preferred)  Proven experience in an operations / program management / continuous improvement role within the retail / ecommerce industry.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Excellent project management and organizational abilities.  Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.  6+ years of overall work experience
