The Program Manager – Marketing will lead end-to-end execution of high-impact marketing programs, driving alignment across teams and ensuring timely, efficient delivery. The role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, performance tracking, and continuous process improvement to enhance marketing impact and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex marketing programs with high visibility and impact across multiple teams and business units.
- Develop and drive the overall marketing program strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand objectives.
- Define program scope (mission, vision, success metrics), set clear objectives, and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Design, Digital, Operations) to ensure seamless program execution.
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to prioritize and deliver marketing initiatives effectively.
- Track and manage dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks; implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee program governance by establishing processes, documentation, and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and performance.
- Design and manage KPI dashboards for campaign effectiveness, lead generation, customer engagement, and ROI.
- Create, monitor, and manage program budgets and timelines, ensuring resources are allocated optimally.
- Act as a bridge between leadership and execution teams, driving alignment and clear communication across all stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and impact.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing program management, campaign management, or cross‑functional project leadership; proven track record of defining and implementing marketing process improvements using data and metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, lookups, nested formulas, data analysis).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with cross‑functional marketing and non‑marketing teams.
