Primary Responsibilities:

• Work on end‑to‑end business strategy, product launches, operations and financials. Define both long‑term strategy and short‑term plans to achieve the product vision and deliver business results.
• Partner with global sales teams, global category management and operations teams—internal and external—to drive success metrics for the program.
• Drive innovation and scalable processes to improve self‑service capabilities for sellers to achieve and grow online sales success. Drive innovations to all elements of the seller experience to improve their business results post implementation.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of leadership experience operating, managing, and delivering results for complex businesses.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling positioning/messaging strategy and present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
• Experience defining market and product requirements, working with engineering organizations to rapidly deliver high‑impact capabilities to market.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Experience in working with stakeholders across multiple countries
• Ability to think strategically, but stay on top of tactical execution.
