Job summary

Tetr is seeking a Program Manager – Career Labs to own end-to-end management of the Career Labs program. You will align career prep, student outcomes, B2B partnerships, and technology to ensure a seamless ecosystem.

You will collaborate with students, employers, internal teams, and senior leadership to continually enhance the Career Labs experience and drive impactful outcomes across countries.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in program/project management, partnerships, career services, consulting, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong program management, execution, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience managing B2B/employer partnerships is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data, Excel/Google Sheets, trackers, dashboards, websites and digital platforms and coordinating with technology teams.
• Strong with data, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• High ownership, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Someone who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution — from thinking through the larger program architecture to ensuring the smallest operational detail gets done.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leadership and the central team on key program priorities and strategic problem statements.
• Owning projects and initiatives end-to-end, from defining the problem to execution and closure.
• Driving day-to-day program operations and execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are managed effectively.
• Working across teams to identify gaps, solve operational challenges, and build scalable processes.
• Managing and analyzing large sets of student and program data, creating trackers, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
• Working closely with students and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless program experience.
• Coordinating multiple moving parts across countries, teams, and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks and take ownership of resolving them.
• Supporting senior leadership with structured thinking, analysis, follow-ups, and execution on high-priority initiatives.

About this role

We are looking for a Program Manager – Career Labs to take end-to-end ownership of the Career Labs program. This role is for someone who can bring together multiple workstreams from career preparation and student outcomes to B2B partnerships & technology and ensure the entire ecosystem works seamlessly.
