Job summary

L&T EduTech is seeking an experienced Campus Recruitment Operations specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across campuses, coordinating with colleges, client TA teams, and internal delivery functions to ensure timely milestones.

You will own deliverables, monitor MIS and dashboards, drive assessments, interviews, offers, onboarding, and onboarding support while maintaining strict process adherence and data accuracy using advanced Excel and ATS tools.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Campus Recruitment or related roles.
• Experience handling 300+ candidates annually.
• Strong MS Excel, ATS proficiency, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Job description

The primary objective of this role is to support the successful execution of large-scale Campus Recruitment Programs for key enterprise customers. The incumbent will independently manage the operational execution of assigned campuses and hire workstreams while supporting the Program Manager in ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. The role involves coordinating with educational institutions, client Talent Acquisition teams, internal delivery functions, and candidates to ensure seamless execution of campus hiring activities including registrations, assessments, interviews, offer management, onboarding support, and business unit allocations. The incumbent will own assigned deliverables, maintain program MIS, monitor project timelines, proactively resolve operational issues, and ensure adherence to defined processes and service level commitments.
