Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR technology, platform implementation, or HR operations roles.
• At least 2 years implementing or configuring an ATS or similar HR platform.
• Project management experience leading implementations (1+ years).

Responsibilities

• Execute all elements of the implementation plan per lead's direction and specifications.
• Manage all stakeholder communications and requirements gathering.
• Coordinate configuration and customization of platforms.
• Lead UAT coordination, testing schedules, and issue resolution (within scope).
• Create all process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Identify issues, risks, and blockers; escalate appropriately with full context.
• Provide comprehensive post-implementation support and optimization recommendations.
• Serve as the lead's eyes and ears on the ground for all platform initiatives.

Role: Specialist - Talent Ecosystem Platforms

You will serve as the Program Lead's trusted associate, providing comprehensive operational support, functional implementation, and day-to-day project coordination across all Talent platform and integration initiatives. You will be responsible in supporting and managing implementation details, and ensuring successful delivery of initiatives under talent ecosystem platform.

You will act as a partner in executing comprehensive HR platform initiatives. You will provide essential support in evaluating, configuring, and integrating our Talent Ecosystem platform with our existing Applicant Tracking System (ATS), HR Information System (HRIS), and other HR tools. This is a functional implementation, project coordination, and operational support role focused on bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have HR process knowledge combined with platform implementation, configuration, and integration experience—but NOT be a software engineer or high-end technical developer.

You will be responsible for day-to-day execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring the Program Lead's vision is delivered successfully on time and on budget.
