Job summary

Jobskey Consultancy is hiring a Campus Recruiter to drive end-to-end campus recruitment across multiple Indian campuses. You will partner with universities, TPOs, and business leaders to design programs, coordinate drives, and manage internships with a path to full-time offers.

We seek 3–5+ years of campus recruitment experience, strong communication, relationship management, and a passion for building an employer brand that attracts top graduates. MBA in HR or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and build quality hiring pipelines.
• Manage internship programs and support conversion of interns into full-time employees.
• Drive employer branding initiatives, campus engagement activities, and recruitment events.
• Improve candidate engagement through innovative recruitment strategies and gamification.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth hiring operations.
• Generate recruitment reports, maintain data integrity, and provide hiring analytics.
• Support interviewer training, process improvements, and strategic campus hiring initiatives.
