The selected candidate(s) would be working with XLEAD - XLRI Leadership Education and Development at Jamshedpur and/or Delhi NCR, as assigned by the Institute.
Nature of Employment: Contractual, renewable in nature.
Broad Areas of Responsibility
- Coordinate executive education programmes from enquiry, onboarding, scheduling, delivery, participant support, evaluation, and closure.
- Manage programme calendars, faculty coordination, participant communication, classroom/session arrangements, learning material, attendance, certificates, and feedback.
- Coordinate with clients, participants, faculty, vendors, hospitality teams, accounts, digital teams, and internal departments for seamless programme execution.
- Support open, custom, online, blended, and campus-based executive education programmes across Jamshedpur and Delhi NCR.
- Prepare proposals, programme notes, reports, dashboards, trackers, presentations, minutes, and post-programme summaries.
- Monitor participant experience, logistics, academic requirements, billing inputs, and issue resolution with high service standards.
- Maintain complete documentation, records, data, and communication trails for all assigned programmes.
Requirements
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate degree in any discipline. Postgraduate qualification in management, education, administration, hospitality, communications, or a relevant field will be preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in executive education, programme coordination, client servicing, academic administration, training operations, or event coordination.
- Experience in B‑Schools, executive education, corporate training, learning and development, or professional programme delivery will be an added advantage.
Language Preferences
- Command over English, both spoken and written.
Required Skillsets
- Strong communication, coordination, customer orientation, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with AI tools and digital collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams, handle multiple programmes, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in work, professional attitude, adaptability, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with faculty, participants, clients, staff, vendors, and external stakeholders with professionalism in every respect.
