Role: Associate Director / Director Executive Education Programs

Objective:
To lead the vision, planning, and execution of dynamic, experience-based learning initiatives. This position is responsible for shaping and managing transformative educational opportunities that move beyond the traditional classroom—such as field-based courses, immersive intensives, applied industry projects, and live-in learning experiences. By integrating academic concepts with real-world application, the role ensures the design, delivery, and evaluation of impactful in-person and hybrid programs. Through thoughtful innovation and operational excellence.
This is a builder role with P&L ownership; scope will expand as the vertical grows.
Responsibilities
Strategic Direction & Program Innovation
- Long-Term Planning: Craft and execute a forward-looking plan for immersive initiatives that supports the institution’s mission and advances measurable learning objectives.
- Experiential Curriculum Development: Create and continuously refine hands‑on learning models that integrate scholarly depth with applied, real‑world engagement.
- Emerging Practice Integration: Monitor advancements in pedagogy and technology (such as immersive tech and hybrid delivery models) and incorporate relevant innovations to elevate program impact.
- Growth & Sustainability: Establish adaptable structures and standards that enable thoughtful expansion while preserving program excellence and learner experience.
Program Execution & Operational Management
- Operational Coordination: Direct the full range of administrative and logistical components for immersive initiatives, including timelines, facilities, travel arrangements, and external partner coordination.
- Performance Measurement: Define, track, and analyze key indicators to assess impact, participant satisfaction, and overall program success.
- Regulatory Alignment: Maintain adherence to institutional policies, risk management standards, and applicable legal and safety requirements across all offerings.
- On‑Site Oversight: Perform routine in‑person reviews of program locations to ensure consistent delivery, quality assurance, and alignment with established objectives.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Collaboration
- External Relationship Building: Develop and sustain strategic alliances with corporate partners, nonprofit organizations, and community stakeholders to expand applied learning opportunities.
- Cross‑Department Coordination: Work closely with academic departments, enrollment teams, and student support offices to ensure immersive initiatives complement and enrich students’ academic pathways.
- Participant Outreach & Promotion: Design and implement targeted outreach strategies to raise awareness and drive enrollment in immersion experiences.
Leadership & Resource Management
- People Development: Provide direction, coaching, and performance oversight for program managers, coordinators, and support personnel to ensure cohesive and effective execution.
- Budget Planning & Oversight: Prepare, administer, and monitor financial plans, projecting costs and optimizing resource allocation to deliver high‑value programs within budget parameters.
Educational Qualifications: Post Graduate from Top Institutes
