Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a Production Support / Application Support specialist to join our Hyderabad/Bangalore teams. You will provide L2 production and application support, manage Linux server environments, and work with APM tools such as Grafana, Splunk and Datadog.

This is a 24x7, on-site role with rotational shifts and no hybrid or work-from-home option; immediate joiner is preferred. You will monitor incidents, troubleshoot outages, coordinate with on-call engineers, and ensure service

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Production Support
• Experience with Linux server administration
• Experience with APM tools such as Grafana, Splunk or Datadog

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production and application support.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues in Linux server environments.
• Coordinate with on-call teams to resolve incidents and ensure service continuity
