Job summary

Cloudxtreme is looking for an SRE Production Support professional with 5+ years of experience to provide 24*7 production support. The role requires candidates to work from the Mphasis office in Bengaluru, adhering to rotational shift timings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in production support with DevOps methodologies, proficient in tools like Splunk, and possess excellent communication skills. This position does not offer hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE Production support, specifically in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
• Experience in Linux debugging and production deployments.
• Familiarity with Splunk for monitoring and alerting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24*7 production support, adhering to rotational shift timings.
• Utilize DevOps practices for efficient production support.
• Conduct SLI/SLO/SLA analysis using Splunk.
