Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking an SRE/Production Support professional to handle 24x7 production operations from our Hyderabad ODC. The role requires on-site presence with rotational shift timings to cover global workloads.

You will manage production deployments, monitor systems, and drive automation initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong Linux scripting, Splunk, and cloud operations experience, plus familiarity with SLIs/SLOs and modern deployment strategies like blue-green and canary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE/Production support
• Experience in 24x7 production environments
• Proficient in Linux, shell scripting
• Splunk queries and dashboards experience
• Knowledge of APM tools and monitoring
• Experience with blue-green and canary deployments
• Cloud operations experience
• Python scripting
• Understanding of SLI/SLO concepts
• Rotational shift experience and willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 production support and issue triage
• Handle production incidents and outages promptly
• Coordinate and execute deployments (blue-green & canary)
• Monitor applications and batch jobs for reliability
• Develop automation to reduce manual tasks and improve ops
• Maintain Splunk dashboards and monitoring alerts
• Support cloud operations and infrastructure
• Work from Mphasis Office (ODC) in Hyderabad
• Participate in on-call rotations and shift coverage
• Ensure on-site, office-based role with no WFH option
