Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking an experienced Production Support engineer in Hyderabad to monitor and manage production systems. The role requires handling incidents, deploying updates, and ensuring reliability with a focus on SLIs/SLOs.

Candidates should have 5+ years of production support experience, strong communication, and hands-on skills with Splunk, Linux, Python, and CI/CD processes. Joining office is required, with 24x7 shift readiness and on-site cab access.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production support experience
• Strong communication and incident management skills
• Experience with application/batch monitoring and Splunk dashboards
• Knowledge of Linux, shell scripting and Python
• Understanding of SLIs/SLOs and CI/CD processes
• Experience with Blue/Green and Canary deployments
• Cloud ops experience
