Cloudxtreme is seeking a SRE Production Support (DevOps) professional in Hyderabad with 5+ years of experience. The role requires handling 24x7 production support with rotational shifts and hands-on DevOps work. Office-based at Hyderabad, with no option for hybrid or work-from-home.

The candidate will manage CI/CD configurations, Linux debugging, and Splunk-driven monitoring to ensure SLO/SLA adherence and rapid incident response.

Qualifications

• Experience in production support with DevOps practices.
• Strong Linux debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Splunk monitoring and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 production support with DevOps practices.
• Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
• Monitor systems using Splunk and respond to alerts.
• Perform Linux debugging and performance analysis as needed.
• Coordinate with teams during production releases.
