Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Pune, India seeks an L2 Production / Application Support professional to maintain business-critical apps. You will monitor with Splunk, manage incidents, and perform Linux server tasks.

You’ll assist releases, coordinate across teams, and participate in shift-based production operations. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in L2 support, strong Linux and Splunk skills, and readiness for immediate joining and on-site interviews.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on experience in Production / Application Support (L2).
• Strong working knowledge of Linux (commands, logs, process monitoring).
• Hands-on experience with Splunk for monitoring, alerting, and log analysis.
• Experience in batch job monitoring and resolving batch failures.
• Exposure to release and deployment support activities.
• Experience in 24/7 or shift-based production environments.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to join immediately and attend F2F drive.
