Job summary

Inspiration Manpower Consultancy is hiring for a Production Support / Application Support role in Bangalore. The candidate will handle L2/L3 level support for Supply Chain/Logistics/WMS and Retail-based projects, with shifts including night hours and office-based work five days a week.

The role requires 5+ years as a senior support analyst on a leading retail B2B software platform, with experience in Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira, SQL and Python. Salary offered is up to 15 LPA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a senior support analyst on a leading retail B2B software platform.
• Experience in L2/L3 enterprise product/application support for Supply Chain/Logistics/WMS & Retail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving, plus good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support to customers and resolve issues on organization platform.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product management to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation of software-related issues and resolutions.
• Assist manager in refining technical procedures and best practices.
• Participate in onboarding and training programs for new customers and support staff.
• Conduct regular review of customer feedback to identify trends and improvements.

Skill - Production Support / Application Support- L2/L3 Level

Note- Must have experience from- Supply Chain/Logistics/WMS & Retail based projects or companies.

Notice - Only Immediate Joiners

Shift- Should Be flexible to work including night shifts. (3 pm to 12 am & 5 pm to 2 am

Please Note- Need to be flexible work from office all 5 Days.

Experience of experience and salary:

4- 9 Years, Production Support / Application Support- L2/L3 Level ( Supply Chain/Logistics/WMS & Retail based projects or companies)

Salary- 10LPA- 15LPA max.

Requirements

5+ years of experience working as a senior support analyst on a leading retail B2B software platform

• Good experience on L2 /L3 level Enterprise Product/Application Support (Supply Chain/Logistics/WMS & Retail based projects or companies.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong computer skills with a good understanding of best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customers.
• Experience with Zendesk/ServiceNow/Jira and other ticketing systems.
• Experience in SQL, Python/Json.
• Experience working in a retail domain
