Qualifications

6–8 years of experience in application support or IT operations.
Strong Linux/Windows administration and DB skills (MySQL, DynamoDB).
Proficient in Python, Shell scripting and SQL.
Experience with ITIL incident and problem management.
Familiar with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins) and monitoring/log management.
Experience with banking/ NBFC/ loan management apps is preferred.
Knowledge of ServiceNow or other ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

Manage application stability and availability.
Perform root cause analysis and incident management.
Support digital lending and loan management platforms.
Automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Work closely with business, development, and infrastructure teams.
Ensure compliance, audit support, data masking, and consent management.
