Parker in Hyderabad, India seeks a Senior Mixing Supervisor to oversee shift-level mixing operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost control. You will manage production, process control, QC, manpower and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring traceability and adherence to specifications.

Educational background includes Bachelors in Science/Polymer/Mechanical/Electrical or related Diploma; English and Telugu/Hindi proficiency is required.

• Proficiency in English and Telugu or Hindi is required.
• Freshers with >7 CGPA in B.Tech (Polymer/Mech/Elec) are considered.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve day/shift Mixing production through DBH management.
• Implement NPT metric for productivity and tracking.
• Perform OEE/OA analysis to improve mixing performance.
• Lead Kaizens/HPT to drive breakthrough changes.
• Ensure mixing follows approved specs and standard work.
• Review batching reports and drive improvements.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability in finished/semi-finished.
• Enforce safety practices to minimize incidents.
• Drive multiskilling and coach employees using skill matrix.

Descripción del empleo

Responsibilities

A senior Mixing supervisor is responsible for overall shift -level control of Mixing operations by ensuring Safety ,Quality ,Delivery ,Cost and People development .

1. Production Management :

   a)Achieve Day/shift Mixing production through DBH Management.

   b) Make sure ,NPT metric is in place for Productivity and tracking .

   c) Perform OEE/OA analysis to improve Mixing performance .

   d)Perform loss Analysis from DBH and working on gap .

   e)Lead HPT’s to achieve Value stream tasks .

   f) Lead GM Kaizens/ Kaizens to bring break through changes .

   g)Be flexible to handle both shift and General shift roles with MIS reporting

   Process Control :

2. Ensure Mixing is carried out according to Approved Specifications and standard Work .

3. Ensure batching report is reviewed and actions in place for improvement .

4. Make sure Process Capability is maintained > 2 for critical Mixing parameters .

5. Ensure end to end traceability is available in finished and semifinished stages .

6. Bring Poke Yoke control in managing recipes and processing compounds .

   Quality Control :

7. Ensure Mixed compounds meet specified Quality requirements .

8. Bring Continual improvement approach in First pass Quality performance .

9. Investigate for root causes and drive for corrective actions in Non conformance compounds .

   Manpower & Team Leadership

10. Drive Multiskilling by using Skill matrix effectively .

11. Mentor and coach for employees dealing with NPT metrices .

12. Develop flexible Manning based on business requirements .

    Safety

13. Maintain Zero in safety incidents .

14. Develop best safety practices through BBS Culture .

15. Maintain > 99% status in safety concern closing by using Gensuit

16. Review and update JSA periodically

17. Ensure Machine safety checks are in place and evident .

    Continuous Improvement :

18. Lead Kaizen ,HPT , 5’s ,TPM ,Lean and S/Q/D/C/E improvement projects.

19. Track action plans for sustenance .

20. Use Value stream effectively for lead time improvement

21. Track KPI’s or PPP’s for gap analysis and improvement .

Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor in Science/Polymer /Mechanical /Electrical or Diploma in Polymer/Material Science /Mechanical/Electrical .

2. Skills: Must have Proficiency in Minimum 2 Languages ( English and Telugu/Hindi)

3. Experience: Freshers with > 7 CGPA in B.Tech (Polymer/Mech/Elec)

: Diploma in Mech/Electrical with > 5 Yrs of Rubber Industry experience

>3 Yrs of Mixing experience

: Diploma in Polymer or Material science with > 1 Yr of Rubber Industry Experience
