Parker in Hyderabad, India seeks a Senior Mixing Supervisor to lead shift-level Mixing operations with a strong focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. The role drives productivity through DBH management, NPT tracking, OEE analysis and loss analysis to deliver value across the production line.

Responsibilities include enforcing approved specifications, maintaining traceability, implementing Poke Yoke controls, and guiding Kaizen/TPM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: BSc/Polymer/Mechanical/Electrical or Diploma in Polymer/Material Science/Mechanical/Electrical.
• Must have Proficiency in English and Telugu/Hindi (2 languages).
• Experience: Freshers with >7 CGPA in B.Tech; Diploma in Mech/Electrical with >5 yrs Rubber Industry; >3 yrs Mixing experience; Diploma in Polymer/Material science with >1 yr Rubber Industry.

Responsabilités

• Manage shift-level Mixing operations focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People development.
• Achieve daily/shift production through DBH management and monitor NPT metrics for productivity.
• Perform OEE/OA analysis and loss analysis to drive improvement in Mixing.
• Lead Kaizens and improvement events; Flexibly cover shift and general shift with MIS reporting.
• Ensure mixing per approved specs and standard work; review batching reports for improvements.
• Maintain process capability > 2 for critical mixing parameters and ensure end-to-end traceability.

Role & responsibilities

A senior Mixing supervisor is responsible for overall shift -level control of Mixing operations by ensuring Safety ,Quality ,Delivery ,Cost and People development .

1. Production Management

• a)Achieve Day/shift Mixing production through DBH Management.
• b) Make sure ,NPT metric is in place for Productivity and tracking .
• c) Perform OEE/OA analysis to improve Mixing performance .
• d)Perform loss Analysis from DBH and working on gap .
• e)Lead HPTs to achieve Value stream tasks .
• f) Lead GM Kaizens/ Kaizens to bring break through changes .
• g)Be flexible to handle both shift and General shift roles with MIS reporting

2. Process Control :

• a) Ensure Mixing is carried out according to Approved Specifications and standard Work .
• b) Ensure batching report is reviewed and actions in place for improvement .
• c) Make sure Process Capability is maintained > 2 for critical Mixing parameters .
• d) Ensure end to end traceability is available in finished and semifinished stages .
• e) Bring Poke Yoke control in managing recipes and processing compounds .

3. Quality Control :

• a) Ensure Mixed compounds meet specified Quality requirements .
• b) Bring Continual improvement approach in First pass Quality performance .
• c) Investigate for root causes and drive for corrective actions in Non conformance compounds .

4. Manpower & Team Leadership

• a) Drive Multiskilling by using Skill matrix effectively .
• b) Mentor and coach for employees dealing with NPT metrices .
• c) Develop flexible Manning based on business requirements .

5. Safety

• a) Maintain Zero in safety incidents .
• b) Develop best safety practices through BBS Culture .
• c) Maintain > 99% status in safety concern closing by using Gensuit
• d) Review and update JSA periodically
• e) Ensure Machine safety checks are in place and evident .

6. Continuous Improvement :

• a) Lead Kaizen ,HPT , 5s ,TPM ,Lean and S/Q/D/C/E improvement projects.
• b) Track action plans for sustenance .
• c) Use Value stream effectively for lead time improvement .

Track KPIs or PPP's for gap analysis and improvement .

Preferred candidate profile

• 1. Education: Bachelor in Science/Polymer /Mechanical /Electrical or Diploma in Polymer/Material Science /Mechanical/Electrical .
• 2. Skills: Must have Proficiency in Minimum 2 Languages ( English and Telugu/Hindi)
• 3. Experience: Freshers with > 7 CGPA in B.Tech (Polymer/Mech/Elec)
• : Diploma in Mech/Electrical with > 5 Yrs of Rubber Industry experience
• >3 Yrs of Mixing experience
• : Diploma in Polymer or Material science with > 1 Yr of Rubber Industry
