Parker Electromechanical in Hyderabad seeks a senior Mixing supervisor to oversee the entire shift for Mixing operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost control, and people development. You will drive OEE/OA analyses, implement Poke Yoke controls, maintain end-to-end traceability, and mentor staff while coordinating

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor or Diploma in Polymer/Mechanical/Electrical fields.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Telugu/Hindi.
• Experience: Freshers with >7 CGPA in B.Tech (Polymer/Mech/Elec); Diploma in Mech/Electrical >5 years rubber industry; Diploma in Polymer/Material Science >1 year rubber industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift-level control of Mixing operations focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People development.
• Achieve day/shift production targets through DBH management and track productivity via NPT metrics.
• Perform OEE/OA analysis to improve Mixing performance and lead loss analysis from DBH with gap closure.

• Production Management :
• Achieve Day/shift Mixing production through DBH Management.
• Make sure ,NPT metric is in place for Productivity and tracking .
• Perform OEE/OA analysis to improve Mixing performance .
• Perform loss Analysis from DBH and working on gap .
• Lead HPT’s to achieve Value stream tasks .
• Lead GM Kaizens/ Kaizens to bring break through changes .
• Be flexible to handle both shift and General shift roles with MIS reporting

Process Control :

• Ensure Mixing is carried out according to Approved Specifications and standard Work .
• Ensure batching report is reviewed and actions in place for improvement .
• Make sure Process Capability is maintained > 2 for critical Mixing parameters .
• Ensure end to end traceability is available in finished and semifinished stages .
• Bring Poke Yoke control in managing recipes and processing compounds .

Quality Control :

• Ensure Mixed compounds meet specified Quality requirements .
• Bring Continual improvement approach in First pass Quality performance .
• Investigate for root causes and drive for corrective actions in Non conformance compounds .

Manpower & Team Leadership

• Drive Multiskilling by using Skill matrix effectively .
• Mentor and coach for employees dealing with NPT metrices .
• Develop flexible Manning based on business requirements .

Safety

• Maintain Zero in safety incidents .
• Develop best safety practices through BBS Culture .
• Maintain > 99% status in safety concern closing by using Gensuit
• Review and update JSA periodically
• Ensure Machine safety checks are in place and evident .

Continuous Improvement :

• Lead Kaizen ,HPT , 5’s ,TPM ,Lean and S/Q/D/C/E improvement projects.
• Track action plans for sustenance .
• Use Value stream effectively for lead time improvement
• Track KPI’s or PPP’s for gap analysis and improvement .

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelor in Science/Polymer /Mechanical /Electrical or Diploma in Polymer/Material Science /Mechanical/Electrical .
• Skills: Must have Proficiency in Minimum 2 Languages ( English and Telugu/Hindi)
• Experience: Freshers with > 7 CGPA in B.Tech (Polymer/Mech/Elec)

: Diploma in Mech/Electrical with > 5 Yrs of Rubber Industry experience

>3 Yrs of Mixing experience
