Key Responsibilities:

• Production & Efficiency: Supervise daily production activities, monitor and analyze processes, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, optimize resources and reduce costs.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and workplace safety standards.
• Quality Control: Oversee production to maintain product quality and implement corrective actions for any deviations.
• Problem Solving & Maintenance: Identify and resolve production-related issues, coordinate with the maintenance team for equipment upkeep.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work with other departments to ensure smooth operations, maintain production records, and present reports with efficiency enhancement recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in chemical, Bsc, Msc or related field.
• Experience: Hands-on experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Industry Expertise: Prior experience handling reactors and chemical process equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in production planning and quality control.
