Job summary

Classic Signages Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities in the signage production unit.

You will allocate manpower, plan machine usage, monitor progress, and ensure work meets project drawings and quality standards. The role requires 1–5 years in production supervision within signage or related manufacturing, with knowledge of fabrication methods, basic CNC/laser tooling, and PPE compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in production supervision or signage manufacturing.
• Knowledge of fabrication, cutting, drilling, welding, assembly, finishing.
• Basic knowledge of CNC, fiber laser, and other production machinery.
• Ability to allocate manpower and manage production planning.
• Knowledge of material management and waste minimization.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Awareness of workplace safety and PPE requirements.

• Check production output for dimensions, finishing, alignment, and workmanship.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to approved drawings/specifications.
• Identify defects and coordinate for rectification.
• Ensure final products are ready for dispatch as per quality requirements.
• Manpower Management
• Allocate work to operators, fabricators, helpers, and other production workers.
• Monitor attendance and productivity.
• Guide workers on proper work methods.
• Maintain discipline and productivity within the production area.
• Production Reporting
• Prepare and submit daily production reports.
• Track completed, pending, and rejected production quantities.
• Report machine breakdowns, material shortages, and production delays.
