Classic Signages Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Fiber Laser Machine Operator to join the Signage department in Bengaluru.

The role requires 1–3 years of hands-on experience operating Fiber Laser Cutting Machines and reading engineering drawings to ensure accurate, quality components produced per approved drawings and production targets. The candidate should have an ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical or Production, knowledge of CNC basics, and strong safety awareness.

Qualificações

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Fiber Laser Machine operation.
• Experience in sheet metal cutting and fabrication.
• Knowledge of machine operation and basic CNC concepts.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and dimensions.
• Knowledge of machine safety and PPE requirements.
• Ability to perform basic machine checks and identify abnormalities.

Responsabilidades

• Operate Fiber Laser Cutting Machine as per production requirements.
• Load and unload sheets safely.
• Set machine parameters according to material type and thickness.
• Execute cutting programs provided by the concerned department.
• Monitor machine operation during the cutting process.
• Verify drawing dimensions before starting production.
• Check cutting programs and material specifications.
• Inform the supervisor of any mismatch or drawing-related issue.
• Ensure correct components are produced as per requirements.
• Check cut components for dimensions, accuracy, burrs, and edge quality.
• Identify defective or damaged components.
• Maintain proper identification of completed components.
• Follow approved nesting layouts.
• Minimize material wastage.
• Maintain proper handling and storage of leftover materials.
• Report material issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Perform basic daily machine checks.
• Keep the machine and surrounding area clean.
• Report machine abnormalities and breakdowns immediately.
• Follow all machine safety procedures.
• Use required PPE during machine operation.
