Qualifications

• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Measuring Tape, Micrometer, etc.
• Basic knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, and machine settings.
• Knowledge of machine safety procedures.
• Ability to work according to production targets.

Responsibilities

• CNC Machine Operation according to production requirements.
• Load and unload workpieces safely and set tools, fixtures, and parameters.
• Run approved CNC programs and monitor cutting performance.
• Verify component dimensions against drawings and check CNC programs before starting production.
• Report discrepancies in drawings, programs, or dimensions and ensure material/specifications.
