Allusign in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in signage fabrication. You will manage manpower, machines, and materials to meet project targets while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires 1–5 years in production supervision or related manufacturing, with knowledge of fabrication processes, CNC machining, and finishing. You will coordinate with design, procurement, and stores teams to keep production on schedule.

Formación

• Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Mechanical or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in production supervision, fabrication, manufacturing, or signage industry.
• Knowledge of fabrication, cutting, drilling, welding, assembly, finishing.
• Basic knowledge of CNC, FiberLaser, and other production machinery.
• Ability to manage production manpower and allocate work efficiently.
• Knowledge of production planning and material management.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of workplacesafety and PPE requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Production Planning & Scheduling: plan daily production activities based on project requirements.
• Monitor manpower and machines to meet production priorities and targets.
• Coordinate with Project Execution, Design, Purchase and Stores teams.
• Production Supervision: oversee day-to-day fabrication, cutting, drilling, welding, assembly and finishing.
• Ensure work is done per approved drawings and specifications.
• Material Management: verify raw material availability and coordinate material issuance.
• Quality Control: check output against dimensions, finishing, alignment, and workmanship.
• Manpower Management: allocate work, monitor attendance, guide methods, maintain discipline.
• Production Reporting: prepare daily production reports and document production records.

• Minimizematerialwastageandensureproperutilization.

4.QualityControl

• Checkproductionoutputfordimensions,finishing,alignment,andworkmanship.
• Ensureproductsaremanufacturedaccordingtoapproveddrawings/specifications.
• Identifydefectsandcoordinateforrectification.
• Ensurefinalproductsarereadyfordispatchasperqualityrequirements.

5.ManpowerManagement

• Allocateworktooperators,fabricators,helpers,andotherproductionworkers.
• Monitorattendanceandproductivity.
• Guideworkersonproperworkmethods.
• Maintaindisciplineandproductivitywithintheproductionarea.

6.ProductionReporting

• Prepareandsubmitdailyproductionreports.
• Trackcompleted,pending,andrejectedproductionquantities.
