Job summary

Sany Renewable Energy Co., Ltd in Pune District, Maharashtra seeks an experienced production planning professional to manage comprehensive schedules, release orders, and align resources with the business plan across main units and hubs.

You will coordinate procurement, manufacturing, and sales, develop inventory control strategies, and drive online planning platforms like ERP, GSP, and MOM while continuously improving planning processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
• Work experience: At least 2 years in planning and manufacturing management.
• Knowledge: Familiar with planning or inventory management strategies; proficient in production planning/scheduling and inventory management.
• Good communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing production plans for main units, hubs, etc., including project scheduling, order release, and resource matching.
• Responsible for maintaining planning parameters, tracking technical documents and design changes, and achieving closed-loop management.
• Coordinating procurement, production, sales, and other functions to ensure the supply of materials required for production.
• Formulating inventory control strategies, preparing inventory control plans, decomposing inventory control targets to responsible departments, conducting regular tracking and assessment, and coordinating the disposal and revitalization of slow-moving inventory.
• Optimization and promotion of ERP/GSP/MOM and other information platforms.
• Organizing commercial, manufacturing, process engineering, and other departments to regularly evaluate production capacity, and driving capacity adjustments in alignment with the company's business strategy.
• Familiar with the planning process systems and inventory management plans; responsible for planning and reforming production planning business processes, and promoting the online implementation of planning operations and assessment indicators.
