Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply planning and inventory across the supply chain.
• Develop and execute supply plans to meet customer demand and business objectives.
• Prepare and finalize production and manufacturing plans based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints.
• Monitor and drive production output to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain service levels.
• Lead demand-supply alignment through regular reviews with key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks to avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.
• Track critical products and inventory positions, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Commercial teams for seamless operations.
• Analyze supply chain performance and recommend improvements for optimization.

Responsible for managing end-to-end supply planning, inventory management, and demand-supply alignment to ensure product availability, optimal inventory levels, and achievement of business targets. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
• Develop and execute supply plans to meet customer demand and business objectives.
• Prepare and finalize production and manufacturing plans based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints.
• Monitor and drive production output to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain agreed service levels.
• Lead demand-supply alignment through regular reviews with key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks to avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.

Experience: 5-8 Years

Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or other process-driven industries with exposure to supply planning, inventory management, and production planning functions.
