• Lead preparation of Master Production Schedules (MPS).
• Perform capacity planning, machine loading, and manpower allocation.
• Ensure alignment of production plans with sales forecasts and customer delivery commitments.
• Monitor and control WIP levels, inventory planning, and material availability.
• Analyze and optimize lead times, routing, and BOM accuracy.
• Drive resolution of production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct Plan vs Actual variance analysis and improve schedule adherence.
• Ensure effective usage of ERP/MRP systems for production tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with Stores for Raw Material planning and issue control.
• Generate advanced MIS and performance dashboards for senior management.
• Mentor junior planning engineers and streamline PPC processes.

• Lead preparation of Master Production Schedules(MPS).

• Ensure alignment of production plans with salesforecasts and customer delivery commitments.
• Monitor and control WIP levels, inventoryplanning, and material availability.
• Analyze and optimize lead times, routing, andBOM accuracy.

• Conduct detailed Plan vs Actual varianceanalysis and improve schedule adherence.
