Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Production Leader who can drive manufacturing excellence, streamline operations, and lead high‑performing teams. The role involves leading and managing end‑to‑end production operations, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery. The incumbent will drive process improvements, optimize resource utilization, and lead production teams to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules aligned with customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day shop floor operations to achieve production targets.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams such as design, procurement, and quality.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Analyze production data, downtime, and bottlenecks to recommend improvements.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and company policies.
• Work closely with QA/QC teams to maintain product quality and resolve deviations.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions for process issues.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise production teams and shop floor personnel.
• Conduct training, performance evaluations, and skill development initiatives.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and resolve issues related to machinery, equipment, and processes.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve processes.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, rejection rates, and on‑time delivery.
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
• Drive data‑based decision‑making for operational improvements.
