Job summary

Technofour Electronics Pvt. Ltd. in Maharashtra invites a production professional to plan, monitor, and execute daily production activities in spare parts manufacturing.

You will coordinate with design, quality, purchase, stores, and service teams to ensure targets are met while maintaining quality and delivery timelines. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in production, a mechanical or electronics background, ability to read drawings and BOMs, and a hands-on, proactive shop-floor approach.

• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
• Identify and resolve production, assembly, and technical issues on the shop floor.
• Monitor rejection, rework, material usage, and production efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain production records, reports, and process documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-4 years of experience in production/manufacturing/assembly.
• Mechanical or Electronics engineering background.
• Good understanding of mechanical assembly and/or electrical/electronic systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, BOMs, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of quality systems, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Good communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.
• Hands-on and proactive approach to shop-floor activities.

Experience in industrial machinery, automation, electromechanical equipment, pharmaceutical machinery, food-processing equipment, or machine manufacturing will be an advantage.
