Job summary

Milana Hr Services seeks an experienced Production & Operations Manager to oversee multi-shift manufacturing activities in the auto components sector in Karnataka. You will drive production plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, optimize processes through data analysis, and ensure safety and adherence to industry standards while managing manpower and material planning for large-scale operations.

Qualifications

• 20-25 years of experience in a similar role in the auto components industry.
• B.Tech degree (Computers) or equivalent qualification required; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial operations with multiple shifts.
• Strong understanding of manpower handling, material planning, budgeting, forecasting, controlling principles.
