Job summary

SAI BABA POLYMER TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (A Unit of Baba Group of Companies) is seeking a Production Leader with expertise in injection moulding and plastics manufacturing. The role focuses on meeting daily production targets, implementing process improvements, and leading technical initiatives across the department.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering background (CIPET or mechanical) and hands-on experience with MIS, ERP, ISO 9001, and Kaizen methodologies to drive efficiency and

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate from CIPET or mechanical engineering background.
• Experience in Plastic Manufacturing and Injection Moulding preferred.
• Familiar with MIS, ERP, ISO 9001, Kaizen and cost-reduction strategies.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that daily schedules, quality and production goals are met, troubleshoots problems as required.
• Provide technical leadership for department, including recommending and implementing equipment, process and material enhancements.
• Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements and work flow including design layouts for equipment and workspace.
• Maintains constructive working relationship with business units, customers, and internal departments including effective communication, coordination of WIP and process improvement.
• Develops systems for tracking efficiency, quality, scrap, rework, etc. Identifies and implements steps for improvement.
• Researches and makes recommnedations on production and auxiliary equipment procurement, identifies new technologies and expansion plans.
• Otherduties as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates who having experince in Plastic Manufacturing at Injection Moulding will be preferred
