The ideal candidate will have 7–12 years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and a track record of optimizing production capacity, reducing defects, and ensuring ISO compliance across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
• Ensure timely manufacturing of elevator components such as cabins, doors, frames.
• Optimize production capacity to meet project delivery schedules.
• Monitor production targets and ensure on-time completion.
• Maintain compliance with ISO procedures and internal quality systems.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team for inspections and corrective actions.
• Reduce defects, rework, and production waste through continuous improvement initiatives.

Atom Lifts India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager to lead our Manufacturing & Production Department. The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the complete manufacturing process of elevator components, ensuring timely production, superior quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, manufacturing expertise, and the ability to manage production teams while continuously improving operational efficiency. Experience in the Elevator, Engineering, Steel Fabrication, Sheet Metal, or Manufacturing Industry is highly preferred.
