• Conduct classroom and on-site training and evaluate employee performance to ensure standards.
• Prepare annual and monthly training calendars and update SOPs and safety practices.
• Train teams on product knowledge, customer interaction, CRM usage, and sales processes.

Atom Lifts India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer – Elevator Operations to develop the knowledge and skills of our employees across Sales, Installation, Service, Maintenance, Quality, and Customer Support teams. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing training programs, conducting classroom and on-site training, evaluating employee performance, and ensuring all team members meet Atom Lifts' operational and safety standards. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical expertise in the elevator industry and a passion for mentoring and developing people.

Requirements

• Design and deliver technical and non-technical training programs for new and existing employees.
• Conduct induction training for new hires across all departments.
• Develop structured learning paths for Installation Engineers, Service Engineers, Sales Consultants, Site Coordinators, and Customer Support teams.
• Prepare annual and monthly training calendars.
• Train employees on elevator components, systems, controllers, safety devices, and installation procedures.
• Conduct practical sessions on installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, modernization, and safety practices.
• Explain company SOPs, quality standards, and best practices.
• Keep training materials updated with the latest technologies and industry standards.
• Train Sales and Inside Sales teams on product knowledge, customer consultation, objection handling, CRM usage, and sales processes.
• Improve communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Conduct customer service and professional etiquette training.
